Romeo, This is the last time I will address our concern. The bottom line is that if you do not return our calls, we will simply reverse the credit card charges. You mentioned many times (and you know it) that unused packages are refundable. (In fact you mentioned that to several friends of mine.) If you do not honor this policy, we will simply reverse the charges. We will not go back and forth over a few thousand dollars. It is not worth our time.

And if you really cared about service, you would have taken our calls.

A phone is not the only way to reach someone. You live in NYC, right? Just transport yourself to R&J with paperwork, receipts in hand, walk in, introduce yourself, ask for Chris, if he isn’t there, sit and stay in the chair until he arrives. Take a sack of food with you in case the wait is long. Take a sleeping bag, if you have to. That’s what I would do if I felt as aggrieved as you do. He says he’s there seven days a week. I believe him, so I don’t think you will really need food and a sleeping bag. If you are serious, you will go to plan B and show up in person with paperwork and a willigness to talk this out.

Chris, let us know if someone pays you a visit. Then, we will know if this is an unhappy client who can’t reach you to get satisfaction or merely someone who is trying to sabatoge your business, as you belive.

Dee, nobody has or will pay me a visit because this person DOES NOT EXIST. In fact, yesterday alone, we had 6 new customers come in and get treated based on these postings, as they have realized that they are fake. My reputation, the years in service can not be stained by such postings.

When Jessica says things when she(HE) writes, these postings are very similar to other postings on the internet. You can check the past postings on hairtell and see who was responsible.

The person writing these postings has nothing better to do and this is " very sad ". However, their end is coming. I will not let go until I see this come to a resolution, no matter how long it takes.

We know who they are. The public will know soon as well.

Just want to add some information.

Alexa collects these data from users who install some specific programs on their computers. So, I don’t know how they generalize the data they have as statistics, and I am not sure if they are reliable.

I haven’t heard quantcast before, but I am amazed how they can give sharp statistics on various fields. They probably rely on the same technology Alexa does, but more in detail.

The suspicious part is not that 6 people found this site. It’s that at least 4 people from NYC all of a sudden found this thread and posted for the first time on this forum in one day. Having been here for a number of years, I can tell you that this never happens. We’re lucky if we get two new people from the same city in a week.

If Chris’s laser business is being sabatoged, all will know soon. We do not take kindly to sabatoge tactics here. Jessica500, are you personally going to contact Chris in person? If it doesn’t happen within a week, then I think we can put the puzzle pieces together and get a clear picture of what has happened on this thread. Meanwhile, Chris, it sounds like you are doggedly going to pursue anyone who is making things up about your business.

Went into LaserCosmetica for my first treatment today but I didn’t go through with the treatment because initially Jenae said they had an alexandrite for my skin type but told me the machine they had at this facility was an IPL prowave 770. Reading enough on this forum people are saying stay away from IPL’s. Ryan the owner came out to explain that this machine was specific for my skin type but I told him I wanted to do more research. He said they have an alexandrite at another location but it is kinda far. If the prowave is good I will just stay in this center. Very nice and professional young man, even gave me a print out to read about the machine. When I mentioned “your friend (Romeo) was saying nice things about you on the forums” he gave me a weird look (as if he didn’t know/like you), won’t repeat what he or Jenae said. I actually showed him this thread. Be careful when trying to use others names to promote your own.

qbcmtr- definitely talk with LaserCosmetica, I think they are very professional, only thing is I want to check to make sure this machine can do the job.

Anyone has any knowledge of the Prowave 770 please chime in.

lhaddict, nice story. You must be on something but it is not LH !! You had one treatment, then went in for a two for one with your friend, then bought a package before getting treated, then went and did not get treated… Then you spoke to Ryan. Nice try but not smart. Even a 5 year old can read through this posting.

Dfahey- I have nothing against Romeo. I apologize if I am not a hair removal expert and don’t know all the terminology, just wanted to get some info.

Romeo- If the owner of LaserCosmetica is such a good friend, get him to join this forum and have him support you. Sorry to call you out, just making a valid point. Maybe lhaddict is wrong. Not going to argue with you because we won’t make any valid points Sir.

You know, this reminds me of the time someone asked why it was that I was the teacher of the Actor’s Workshop for the SummerSchool program, just as a local news station did a tribute to a famous friend of mine, and by co-incidence, the only “Acting/In Action” pictures they seemed to be able to find all had me standing next to him, as his co-star.

I guess that question was answered.

Ryan- If this really is you, I didn’t mean for Romeo to bring this to your attention. I understand you all know each other from being in the business but the language that was spoken and expressions didn’t indicate that you guys are “friends”.
