My own preference would have been to make the pattern smaller and maintain almost the density as on the legs (maybe reduce the density by only 1/3 or so). I sort of thought I could do that, but there ended up not being enough hair. Still, I do see that it looks better. Again, the client is happy and that’s all that matters.
If you are doing feet and toes … “beware” these get hyperpigmentation (PIH) easily … of course this is ONLY temporary. Gosh, I don’t what to give you MORE to worry about. This patient only got a small amount of PIH on the toes. If you look very closely, you can probably still see a bit of it.
