Here’s what I would take from it.
You seem to be very sensative to electrolysis, and get moderate to severe skin reaction. There’s a reason for this , and a lot of people ( myself included) are taking some guesses as to the cause based on experience. But in the end, that’s what they are, guesses based on possibly not enough information. It doesnt seem to matter which electrologist or method you seem to be reacting to it.
Your first stop, should probably be to your Doctor to get a referral to a dermatologist. My guess is it’s likely to be a rection to the metal in the probes, stainless steel used in many probes contain nickel which is a common allergen. But again, tht is just a GUESS.
Since electrolysis is likely something you will be continuing to do given your hair situation, it’s a good idea to get at the root cause , and possibly contain the risk.While you are with your doctor a referral to a qualified endocrinologist to determine the cause of your hair growth , is probably not a bad idea either.
