I want to know which one is a stronger anti-androgen. which will work better in terms of hair growth??

I took Yasmin for about 9 months a few years ago. Although it was a great birth control pill (no side effects at all, got rid of my pms and made period lighter)— sadly, I don’t think it did anything for my body hair. In the book, “The Hormonally Vulnerable Woman”, Yasmin is constantly being brought up as the best anti-androgenic bc pill… maybe it is but I guess it just depends on the individual person. The others that were mentioned were Diane-35 and Mircette.

9 months might have been not enough time to see a difference in hair.

Thanks for replying, I know this isn’t about hair, but does diane 35 work aganist acne on the body, i have horrible acne on my shoulders.

Anti-androgenic bc pills should also help with acne.

they should since they balance out your hormones.
