X cell pro booting?

I am having issues with my xcell pro starting up and stopping on the start up screen? Does any of the xcell owners have any idea how to correct this issue? Thanks,

Have you updated the software?

Call Dectro. Where are you located? Yes, you may need an update. Do you do a Z report each month or at least every six months?

I have not updated it the machine is about 4 months old. Also never ran a z repor will try to get in contact with dectro today.

John from Aesthetics Systems seen this post and called today to tell me how to fix the problem. Just needed to reinstall the software off the supplied USB drive. It seems to be working perfectly now.
