working out...

does working out and building muscle cause hair growth? one other site says that it does? also, does a tan make laser surgery less likely to be successful? thanks.

A tan makes it harder for the laser to find the melanin and it increases the potential for harm from a laser. As far as working out is concerned, people’s thoughts may differ on that. My only half-ass explination would be that it increases testorone. However, there is probably no scientific evidence or research done that could prove the point.

No, working out WILL NOT make you any more/less susceptible to growing hair.

Growth of hair on the integumentary system is based primary on genetics.

External variables such as steroids will make you grow more hair, though.
