Will this fade away?

I had theravein treatment which I understand is very similar to electrolysis to remove some blemishes on my forehead. 5 weeks on this is what I am left with. Will this fade away? There is also some suble pitting too.

Are any of these before pictures? If not, do you have pre electrolysis photos? Can you circle the area of concern?

I’m not entirely sure what I am even looking at. What kind of treatment? What is the origin of these marks? What was done here and why? IT isnt electrolysis from what I can see, so I really dont hink this is the right place to ask this question? At the very least we need a LOT more context.
