I’ve never used laser and want to know everything, does it really work and does it have any side effects?is it really permanent and is it the best device I could choose?

My mom is being treated with the Aurora, and the only reason she chose it was because she had a lot of white hair that she wanted removed. It has worked pretty well for her so far (she’s had 3 treatments), but I don’t know how permanent it is.
My understanding is that you can try the Aurora if you have very light hair (blond or gray/white). It will work on dark hair too, but if you want better advice, you should probably tell us what color your skin and hair are.
