Why is it necessary to..

Why is it necessary to tweeze hairs after electrolysis? They are going to fall out anyway aren’t they. The follicle has already been damaged, and the root of the hair has been zaped already. Wouldn’t it be faster to just leave the hair there, and it will fall out eventually. Wouldn’t that be the best for maintaining a high speed. Or to do about 30 hairs in one area, and wait and tweeze all 30 at the same time. I don’t understand why epilating the hairs is necessary.

If one were to treat hairs and leave them in, the body would consider the damaged material as necrotic foreign matter, and the immune system would be activated. Most hairs would push out, and fall out, but some would get infected and pus filled. Even if this happened to only one hair out of 10, a pro treatment would leave a person with a problem.

The second problem with not removing hairs is how does an electrologist keep track of what hairs have been treated, and which ones have not been treated, in order to avoid double treating hairs, thus causing damage if one doesn’t remove the treated hairs?

It is best that one treat as many hairs as possible, and remove them all as you can. The problem with treating 30 or 50 hairs and then removing them is keeping track of the treated hairs. How well do you do in the game of “Concentration?” Most clients don’t have hairs set out by anal retentive angels who set them up in rows like dominos. The angels who placed most hair follicle patterns I have seen just scattered them like grass seeds and they fell where in no particular pattern. Some electrologists can treat multiple hairs are retrace their steps, and some can only manage to remove one hair at a time, and go on to the next.
