whiter skin after hair removal doesn't fade away

I’m 24, a caucasian with dark colored hair. my face hair is fair but a lot, but I’ve got a lot of rather darker hair on my mustache area. a physician tested my hormonal profile and it was ok and adviced me to follow hair removal tips.

after mechanical face epilation I’ve got white patches of skin on my mustache area. I guessed its because of un-tanned skin underneath (like the whiter skin on my scalp),
it didn’t fade over time, so I have to use Clinique stay true make up on my mustache area!. any advices how to get rid of this white stripe above my upper lip? should I darken or tan? that or use an alternative hair removal method
thanks

This is unusual,Unless you have been reaaly agressive with the tweezers. Do you dig for ingrowings, for example.

If you ever want to stop doing constant hair removal here, you should look into getting electrolysis in this area. Your skin will have time to heal, and it will look like you never grew hair there.
