My clients know to not touch treated areas, but some still get pustules. There’s no ingrown hair, but red/angry bumps with pus.
How can I prevent this from happening? I know I don’t always get the bulb/root sheath out - so I’m thinking it’s debris that the body is trying to get rid of.
I’m trying to work within clients’ tolerance levels (obviously they won’t come back if it’s too painful).
I’m using disinfectant & antiseptic before treatment and Aloe with witch hazel after treatment, so I know skin is clean.
I just graduated in December…and just received my CPE designation as well. So, I know I don’t know everything 
which is why I’m reaching out for guidance.
