All modalities are safe and effective when used correctly, and each has their own pros and cons. Your electrologist can determine which is the best choice for your particular situation.
In terms of purely speed, picoflash thermolysis is the fastest but is only available to an electrologist with an Apilus Platinum (at least as of this writing.) Microflash is the next fastest, then flash thermolysis and then ‘standard’ thermolysis, then blend and finally galvanic.
The effectiveness of the modality is also dependent upon the skill of the electrologist. Electrologists determine what to use on you based on what they are experienced in.
So, be sure to get a consultation with several electrologists, and don’t think that the least expensive per hour will cost you the least amount in the long run…
