I’ve been looking around for a clinic to remove my chest hair. I am 23/m, skin type 3, may be 2 since I am kind of pale/light skinned and have pretty dark hair on my chest. I found a couple of clinics that use IPL and laser.
I’ve read good and bad things about IPL on here, so I am pretty much lost if I should just go with the IPL or find a other clinic?

In general avoid IPL, you need a place that uses either Alexandrite or Diode laser.
And quite a few people here, including odi, are from the Toronto area, so do a search and you might find some recommendations for LHR places.
Ask edokid. He’s done it all, and he’s the resident Toronto expert.
Run a search for “Toronto”. There are at least half a dozen people on this forum from there and at least several dozen posts talking about clinics there.
