Im a male and ive been using a norelco rotary razor for a while and switched back and forth to manual razors beacuse the rotary use to pull on my beard. Now even after I shave it looks like I have a shadow on my face even if I try shaving against hair growth. is this cause of my skin got darker on my beard line or what?

The darkness is the pigmentation on the hair and root which is below the skin surface. It could be you did not notice it before or your skin was more tanned or whatever.
I don’t think there is much you could do about it unless you get electrolysis done to remove the root.
