One is diode and one is alexandrite. I just did a quick google search for ohio columbus laser hair removal. You can do it yourself, just check the websites for mention of what type of laser they use - some will say laser, but actually mean some sort of IPL/VPL machine. You might want to try a quick search of the forum. If that is difficult, just go to google and start your search with; site:hairtell.com , and then the search terms you want to use. (ohio, columbus, laser hair removal, LHR)
whats the difference between an ipl/vpl machine versus laser??
and what do u mean bi diode and alexandrite?
whats the difference between an ipl/vpl machine versus laser??
There’s an edit post button, maybe you should use that instead of posting multiple times
Just google this stuff. IPL/VPL is not laser and usually doesn’t work as well. Diode and Alexandrite (along with nd:yag) are the only three types of alsers available for laser hair removal. I hope you checked out the FAQs.
im sorry i didnt mean too
Please read the FAQs at the link below. They explain the differences between types of machines. What you need depends on your skin type. For very light skin, you need an alexandrite type of laser like GentleLASE or Apogee. For darker skin, ND:YAG laser are necessary such as Coolglide, GentleYAG, Apogee Elite, etc.

Bish, the GentleLASE laser you asked me about is an alexandrite type of laser. It is for very light skintones. Diode lasers are for medium skin tones. Yag lasers are for dark skin tones.
IPL is not a laser, it doesn’t work very well. Don’t listen to anyone who says it does, they are just trying to make money. Avoid IPL/VPL.
