The electrolysis place that i go to recommended it for my back. Does it work?
She said since I have thin hair on my back it would not take long and it is permanent. Is that true?
I guess you will need to look for an electrolysis place willing to actually do some work!

Do you mean that photo epilation is not permanent? Or that it does not work?
Light based hair removal has been classified by the FDA as “Long Term Reduction” If you want all hairs removed so they don’t grow back, and you don’t want some of them turning grey, or white, or having a patchy growth pattern, get electrolysis with a good practitioner.
