hi um i am only 13, soo my budget is onle LESS that $50, and so i want an electrolysis that is cheap and worth it, and ofcourse comes out perminantly. Dont worry, my parents say they will help me lolz. Anyways, is there an electrolysis out there that is worth it and cheap?
