Does anyone know what happens if an area has been bleached prior to a laser treatment - will the treatment be less effective? (I would think that the dark roots will still attract the laser - is that an accurate assumption)?

Yes, I was told that it didn’t matter if they were bleached because the root is still dark and they are going to shave the area anyways.
