I am thinking about getting electrolysis on a couple of spots on my back but i have to save up the money first. I was wondering if i could still get it done if i wax in the mean time? thanks
Yes, you can, you will just have to let the hair grow out prior to starting your electrolysis program.
My electrologist recommended that I wax my lower back. She had started on me and told me that she was zapping too many telogen hairs and basically I’d be wasting my money. She said that by waxing, the hairs that came through would mostly be in the anogen phase. Of course, now that she’s about 1/2 way done with the area, I can’t wax at all.
