so i recently had laser done with the Yag, on my arms, i have very hairy arms, and course hair on them, the hair fell out, and i got excited, so now im thinking about getting my face done. However, my face hair is fine hair, i have lotss of hair on m y face thats for sure, but its fine hair, no stubble or anything like that. my skin is fair-medium and i have black hair. what should i do? i keep hearing ppl that have fine hair shouldnt mess with laser?
I don’t like women getting their faces lased, especially women of color, especially if the hair is fine. You are much better off getting electrolysis, but only with someone who is skilled in the art of electrolysis. You will need an electrologist even if you try laser and it reduces a certain percentage of hair, so why not just go for the the gold standard in permanent hair removal from the get-go where you know you get all the hair off that you desire??

I totally agree with you sir Dee, but if you still wish to take off those fine facial hair then Intense Pulsed Light Source (500-1200 nm) is the method you should be opting for.
Ummmmm… that would be Miss Dee as in I am woman. So are you saying that IPL will permanently affect light blond, clear, gray, red even dark hair hair? If you are, then I would suggest that you explain that comment.
