Variable results-advice requested

Hi,
I am a male and I have been getting treatment for about 8 months from an experienced practitioner.
In some areas such says shoulders and upper arms I am happy with the results.

However, it seems that on my inner/upper arms the results are not so good. A quantity of hairs grow back through the treated area within a two to three week period. The hair is relatively sparse so it is easy to see that the hair is growing back from, or very close to the area last zapped. Ie it is growing through from the healing prick mark and they often form ingrown hairs. The new hair also has a flat tip (not tapered).

I have brought this up with my practitioner in the past and she has paid particular attention to the area and said the hairs are coming out easily with the roots intact. She is not concerned about it and feels the treatment is progressing well. I do trust her opinion however I would like some advice please.

  1. Is it possible for existing hairs to grow back in two to three weeks if not treated effectively?
  2. Can some areas respond better than others?
  3. Can hairs come out easily but still not be effectively treated?
  4. If one area is not responding as well as the others, what is the solution?

Hopefully these are not questions you have answered too many times in the past.

Thanks

Hello. Let me try to answer these questions.

  1. Is it possible for existing hairs to grow back in two to three weeks if not treated effectively?

Yes. If the “treated” hair breaks off under the skin, you will see hair popping up sooner than the usual 6-16 weeks it takes for a hair to come back to the surface.

  1. Can some areas respond better than others?

All areas respond when treated with the proper amount of energy given that the insertions are perfect.

  1. Can hairs come out easily but still not be effectively treated?

Yes, some hair germ cells can be missed. The hair will return in 6-16 weeks, but it will be a finer hair, most likely.

  1. If one area is not responding as well as the others, what is the solution?

Re-evaluate insertions and energy levels. Sticking to a good schedule to clear the area and maintain the area is most helpful.

I really hope that completely answers your questions.
