Update w/pics 6-11-2015- You're gonna want to see.

I am quite impressed. It has been exactly one week since my appointment with Mila, but NO new thick hairs have grown back in any of the places she treated. Normally, I would have had growth by now and would have to cut it short.

Mila’s technique of inserting the hair at the proper angle, using a magnifying glass head gear with bright light, and giving two pulses instead of one for the harder to remove hair- works!

I was extremely hesitant to spend $80 per hour session as I was previously spending $32/half hour and didn’t have much money. However, at the rate that this hair is growing- I think even by the time of my appointment coming up this week, I won’t have that many hairs to even zap. This has never happened before. I am extremely impressed. Mila took all of my comments into consideration and unlike my previous electrologist- did not tell me I was wrong or pull out the hair too fast and hard.

Ladies- it so worth it to spend the money. This is great! Literally, I was so sad that I was getting treated by someone previously for 1.5 years with no overall change to texture of hair or amount of hairs on my face. This is super impressive. I have a strange feeling that the next hairs are going to grow thinner on my face. Super, super, impressed!!!

I will keep you guys updated. I am super pleased. I thought I had no hope about this issue!

Let me just say this: one week is not enough time to say you are impressed. I’m sure your Electrologist is great at eliminating hairs. When we remove a group of hairs, they should be gone forever. They don’t come “back” in a week or ever. However, if you see a group of hairs cycle in, in about three weeks, then you are SEEING NEW HAIR GROWTH. It is then that your Electrologist can treat the next group of hairs that are cycling in.

You can’t fully judge effectiveness until time passes. Usually four to six months gives you the clue you need to know that your practitioner is a hair killing gladiator. So, be patient, get cleared each time if possible and make sure you feel no pulling of hair as it is being lifted out. 'Kay?

Every time I had electrolysis done by my previous electrologist- a couple days later I was already sprouting super thick hairs all over. I definitely felt A LOT of pulling!

It’s been 9 days and I am still smooth! You’re right-- I can’t start to judge until a few weeks pass by-- but I don’t understand how I still don’t have any growth yet after 9 days- when normally with the other electrologist- I would be a hairball by now! Do you have any idea?
