In May 2006, I bought a hair removal package with three year warranty upon completion of treatments from Lite Touch in NYC. After going through the treatments, my dark/coarse hair became ligther while my finer hair became darker. Just in the middle of my treatments, the compay closed its doors and told us go and take care of ourselves.
I started to look into other companies and read through their reviews. One of the companies that I found was Romeo and Juliette in NYC.
After talking to Chris, the owner, I decided to start the treatments with him.
Meanwhile, he was really helpfull and have sympathy for the situation that Lite Touch clients are going through.
I wanted to create this post thread to share my progress and experience.
As per my initial conversation with the R&J, my expected results should be the following:

Face, ears, front and back neck: I was explained that these hair should be all gone.

Full back, shoulders, upper chest, upper arms: I was explained that I should see deduction of 40/50%.
I am currently planning to go with the option-1 treatment areas and extend to the second one if I can, but it does not seem to be possible under the current economic situation and the thousands of dollars spent with Lite Touch.
I will also take the pictures to complement.
My first treatment is on January 2nd, 2009. I will give you the details on this first session.
