True regrowth vs false regrowth time frame

After a session of full clearance in an area, in that time frame would one see true and false regrowth? My understanding is true regrowth is seen starting immediately as hair that were under the skin or dormant at time of electrolysis start surfacing. And false regrowth at 3 months mark, maybe? Correct?

No. True regrowth: are hairs that appear from a follicle treated, ie, failure of the practitioner.
False regrowth: are hairs that appear after a clearance from follicles that could not be treated because there was no visible hair.

So the more hairs are present before the session, less percentage of false regrowth.
The % of True Regrowth depends on the skill of the practitioner.
The % of False Regrowth depends on waiting time before each clearance.
