I trained on a friend a dozen hairs, right after I took this picture. When I do it on me I notice the same level of swelling but is this in the standards? I used galvanic current, on a machine Sterex SXB power between 16 and 20 max.
This looks like a normal response. Galvanic current for electrologists is normally measured in tenths of a milliamp or microamps. “16 to 20” is an arbitrary non-standard scale. You would need to attach a galvanometer between the machine and the handheld electrode to know the precise level of galvanic current you are using.
