Everyone has vellus hairs on their ears; start noticing. To actually remove all those “millions of hairs” is nearly impossible and will take you forever. Don’t do it. Furthermore, those vellus hairs help diffuse sunlight and somewhat protect your ears from future skin cancers.
Those fine hairs on the upper cheeks? I would not remove those either. As you get into your 30s they will, in most cases, seem to disappear anyway. This area is prone to “funny” post-treatment anomalies that eventually go away but will probably cause you more concern than the hairs.
Be SUPER careful on any “shaping” of your eyebrows. Actually, in the photo, they look great. Yes, “zap” the stragglers in the middle, but “arching” the eyebrows is a fatal mistake on a man. (Eyebrows thin-out as you age too.) Generally, eyebrows require MANY treatments (short duration).
I would, at this point, only work on the middle of your brows, get it perfect … the way you want it … then do some serious thinking about the other areas. But hold off for now.
