arms are done boys and girls, now i’ve been doing stomach alot, this is great, i can do my stomach in such a position that i can watch t.v. at the same time doing it. i lay with my stommy right in front of my head horizontally to the t.v., thinks i’m almost done with the tummy after a month or so.
