Tiny bumps after threading

I recently had threading done to my face and I’ve broken out with itchy tiny bumps. What can I put on my face to clear the problem?

Thank you!

The best thing you can do is make sure the area is clean right before threading and cleaned right after. This will minimize the possibility of getting germs in the threaded area.

I recommend using Tend Skin, which is a beta-hydroxy acid based in alcohol. This will kill germs and help with redness and swelling. It’s also an exfoliant, so it helps remove dead skin cells.

I also like to use 100% aloe gel after the Tend Skin stops feeling warm.

Red bumps for a few hours after are normal. Bumps that stay or get white pustules are signs of dirt or germs and closed-up follicles or ingrown hairs.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
