Time between appointments?

hey! hope you guys are all doing well.

i remembering seeing a post about it but couldn’t find it and guessed it would be okay to ask.
i have no idea whether it changes from area to area or there’s a general guideline… anyway, any feedback is much much appreciated. i love to learn about electrolysis and i love hearing from you guys.

my question is: what is the best way to arrange appointments if i want to see as much hair as possible on the surface of the skin?

i believe as long as i do not touch the hair, total time of treatment does not vary according to the frequency of the schedules BUT i just want to know:

about how many weeks/months after a clearence on body can i expect to see most of the hair on surface? i waited 6 months in-between first two clearences and i believe most of the hair was present on the surface. i’d like to schedule for my third clearence around the time when most of the hair is visible.

12-16-24 weeks are some timeframes i believe i saw but i am not sure. is there a guideline for this or do you guys have any suggestions?

thank you.

Every electrologist has their own ideas about this depending on experience and what they have observed works best for their clients. The end result is the same.

my electrologist arranges appointments according to my schedule. she’s aware that i do not touch the hair in between sessions so i guess she has no problem with it.

and i have mentioned in the part “as long as i do not touch the hair, total time of treatment does not vary according to the frequency of the schedules” i am well aware that end result does not depend on it.

however, what i am asking is completely a different thing.

i want most hair to be on the surface and i know it does not happen after 3 weeks of the last session, for example.

i’d love to hear any ideas or suggestions regarding my question

Instead of “ideas and suggestions” let’s examine known facts. For coarse hair, it’s approximately 6-8 weeks and for fine or vellus hair, it can be in the 10-12 week range. These numbers are approximate and will vary between individuals.
