I had one ipl session 6 months ago on my arms. My lower arm hair was black and thick but my upper arm hair was black but fuzzy. Now my upper arms have some scattered thick, black hair 
If I get laser hair removal using the Gentlelase, will the stimulated hairs be removed?
I’d encourage you to do electrolysis on this as well. The reason is to avoid anymore induced growth that may occur. There’s not a ton there so a good electrologists could remove a lot of the hair in a short amount of time
Brenton is correct as usual. Don’t take a gamble on waking up the sleeping hair follicles in this vulnerable area.
