Wanted to read about Thermolysis (mixture of light and heat treatment) but didn’t find the appropriate board, does anyone have any experience in this, side-effects? Apparently cheaper than laser but …?

True thermolysis is needle/probe based and does not involve light based devices. It is true however that light based devices attempt to create the state achieved in thermolysis on a large scale without insertion of a probe to the proper depth inside the follicle.
