Does the tan have to be 100% gone before you can have LHR?
Also does lemon help to get rid of a tan? And any other advice to get rid of a tan quicker would be appreciated

I don’t mean to discomfort you or anything but from my personal experience, you better make sure you don’t have a tan at all. I had like 2 treatments, painful but I could take it at all times. Then when I went in for another treatment after a couple weeks of walking around in the sun(just a tiny bit tanned) the pain was a lot worse. I couldnt take it well, and they had to use lower settings and that is a very bad thing. Thankfully no other side effects though.
