Hi, I know this post was a while ago but id really like to know how long your swelling lasted. Im in the exact same position, 48 hours post treatment and have seen zero reduction in swelling. I am so worried. Please let me know how long it took for your swelling to go down
Not longer than 30mins really. 48hrs sounds like they hit it hard, how was the discomfort at the time?
I would use some antihistamines to help with the swelling. I know it might of gone down at this point but for next time if you have this reaction again, ice it for 15 mins after the appointment then antihistamines for a day or two till it’s resolved.
