Does anyone know the word she’s pronouncing at the 1:10-minute mark? It sounds like she’s saying “oil” or “foil”, but I’m not sure. And I don’t know why they’d need surgery, but then again I’m not a dermatologist nor an electrologist.

It seems to me I’ve heard of Jade Electrolysis Somewhere? Perhaps in relation to anesthetic/large clearance services?I cant put my finder on it however.
The language she uses isnt quite accurate. For example she seems to be talking about infection? What she seems to be equating is inflamation ( which is different from infection) . Amputation due to folliculitus? I have never heard of such a thing.
I honestly dont know what to make of what you posted.
