So when I get to be 17 I am going to hawaii for college and bartending school, I want laser hair removal bad on my upper arms, chest back, cheeks and back of neck. The problem is I am african american, but very light tan, and Im moving to Hawaii, sun all the time. and my hair on my arms and legs and chest turn light brown almost blonde in the summer. but in the winter its very dark. So should I still get it done while in Hawaii for four years?
