Sugaring whilst having electrolysis

Hi everybody merry xmas !!!

Just after a bit of advice. I’m a 37 year old female with
PCOS and have suffered with hair on my face and neck
For years. In my 20’s I had laser treatment, every 6 weeks
For about 10 years! This kind of kept the hair under control
but then I stopped having treatments and just had the area
Waxed.
About 3 years ago I came across this forum and decided
that electrolysis would be ideal for me. So for the past 3 years
I have been having a 30 minute session probably every week/
fortnight. The lady is registered with the British board.
I’ve now come to a point where the thick coarse hair on my chin
has cleared but I still have a lot of finer noticeable hair on my
neck.
Due to time constraints (new baby & toddler) I won’t be able
to go for sessions for the next few months.
I was wondering wether to have sugaring done on the hair on
my neck. I’ve had sugaring done on the rest of my body
with hair growing back finer.
Or shall I just bleach this hair for the time period that I
can’t get to electrolysis?

Thankyou all for your advice and help.

Xxx

To recap: You were finally able to see results with electrolysis and are now left with the finer hairs. You are not able to continue your electrolysis treatments at this time. You are interested in sugaring or bleaching at home until you can resume electrolysis.

If you decide to sugar, know that there is no guarantee that the hairs will continue to grow back fine.

You ask about bleaching. The high pH is not good for your skin.

During this interim, I suggest that clients trim the hairs.
