Yes, I mean to increase your internal intake. If you choose supplementation, 1,000mg of E in the morning and again at night, and for vitamin A, I would get “Dry A & D” supplements, and take 5 in the morning, and 5 at night. to start. Vitamin D helps the skin as well, so this pill is a two for one. As for vitamin C, you can’t take too much, as long as you are taking it either in a time release, or once every 4 hours. If you get more than your body can process in any 4 hour period, you will start to have watery stools, and in extreme cases, diarrhea, so be careful.
Nutritionists, often will do a C test, where they have the patient take one regular, non time release 1,000 mg pill of C every hour on the hour, until they start to have a runny stool. They log the amount it took to make that happen, and call that the daily dose and then spread that out over the day with doses every 4 hours with non-time release pills, or with time release, they work it out to get that amount over the course of the day.
Since the time release pills I have seen for Vitamin C are 6 hour release systems, then one would be looking at what ever the full daily dose is, divided by 3 or 4, depending on how many times a day you want to take the pills.
Finally, the stretch marks can be totally erased over time, as your skin is regenerated to a better quality. I know this, because in my body builder days, I had them on my shoulders, and they are long gone now.
