I’ve been getting a ‘standard’ bikini wax for a few years now, and find it a bit sore but definitely manageable. I’m thinking of going for the brazilian next time and would like some opinions on how much it’d hurt compared to a standard wax? Any comments or opinions would be great 
I have always had a brazilian (male), so I don’t have a reference, but I can say I was surprised how little a brazilian actually hurt. Yes, it stings, but only for a few seconds. I usually leave a small patch, but wax everything else off front to back with no issues. I can say that waxing everything off, including the small patch right above the penis does hurt a little more. I suppose that is the combination of more nerves in that area, and the area not being as used to waxing as the rest of the area.
