I am selling a SpaTouch Device its about a year old and has about 500 shots. It comes with a spare head (for dark skin) and a couple of boxes of hygene adaptors. i havent used it enough to give an answer to that question, it seems to have thinned the growth on my legs, which is the only area i used it, but i beleive you need to use it 6 -8 times to get the full benefits. id love to say that it does give permanant results but its only been used for 400 shots and came with 100 shots already on the device. you may wish to ask someone who has had a full treatment, or even the company that markets the device in the uk http://www.enhancetech.co.uk
