some more quesitons

I have tried to google and just keep coming up with how laser it better.Does anyone have any stories of how Electrolysis is actually better? How long will it take before i see results?I see some people do long hour sessions and other do weekly.Which is better? Do you pay in full ahead of time or weekly? What should i look for in a Electrologist? Is short wave or blend better?is it better if they do both as opposed to one?

What color is your hair?

Where is the hair located?

In the various locations, how thick are these hairs?

Laser can help you if you are a good candidate.
Electrolysis - everyone is a good candidate.

Laser simply doesnt work for everyone, and sometimes the technicians are not experienced enough to use strong enough settings to effectively remove hair or the hair and skin color arent right. You cant laser red or blonde hair for example.I had 11 sessions of laser. For me I think I reached a point about 3 sessions in where hair just didnt seem to come out anymore.I ended up going to do electrolysis after year and spending in excess of $1000 .
In my case, I learned how to do electrolysis on myself.I wont go into which I think is better, blend or thermolysis(short wave as you’ve called it) . I will say I did most of my face with blend. I do think I got less regrowth than I probably would have had I used thermolysis, but that has mostly to do with my skill or lack thereof. I know many electrologists like to use thermolysis because they can show results faster, but both methods work in the right hands.

How fast you’d see results with electrolysis depends on how much you get treated early on.
Costs wise, you can usually book just a session and pay for that at appointment time, though I do notice most electrologists will offer you a package with so many hours at a cheaper rate.

Laser will only ever provide a reduction. With electrolysis, you can have a reduction or get rid of all the hair.

The rest of these questions will be discussed with your electrologist, because most of them are dependent on the electrologist.
