I’m a new electrolysist. I have been treating a trans client’s hairs which have been extracting nicely - slipping out easily and I can see the bulb. However, she came back to me after a week and when looking at her skin I saw there were some lumps which at first I thought were blackheads.When I looked closer it was a small bit of hair curled up but not enough to be an ingrown hair. I just wondered what could be causing this - is it that I’m not going deep enough in some cases and it’s ‘cutting’ the hair before epilating?
