I had my 2nd treatment with the Altus CoolGlide (at a higher setting than the first because the first produced VERY little shedding).
While the second treatment produced very noticable shedding, I also experienced 3 small blisters (one at my inner arm near, one at the upper armpit, and one at the rear thigh). They’re all healing, but I’m wondering if this is a normal side-effect and whether or not they will leave scars.
I am also curious about the level of intensity of the laser. - The lower setting was ineffective. The higher setting was very effective but caused a few blisters. Is the goal to find a happy medium? If the technician lowers the setting again to avoid blistering, won’t that compromise the effectiveness?
