Skin texture on thighs

Had laser hair removal on legs years ago and then started again in november 2020 (only on thighs).

Nothing since.

I have noticed this weird skin texture on my legs.

Any ideas what it is - would completing laser hair removal help?

have you put on some weight? This doesnt look like a complication from laser to me. It appears like stretch marks .
