Anyone have an opinion on this machine. It’s not clear from the picture or the listing whether everything needed to use it is there.

This is an Radio Frequency Diathermy Unit (Slow Thermolysis to us “Yanks”) I would not be surprised if there is no probe holder or footswitch included with this sale, as these had none sold with them when brand new, forcing the practitioner to buy them separately. So if either a finger controlled treatment probe, or a probe holder and footswitch are included in this sale, you will be getting more than the person who bought it new got, for less than what she/he paid.
