Sorry if I’ve posted this in the wrong section.
I wanted to know how electrolysis can be used to treat skin tags, facial veins, discolourations. I have not come across any techniques for this in any of my textbooks.
Do any of the practicing electrologists do these services, and , if so, how and where did you learn them?

Some of the electrolysis schools teach these treatments however depending on what country or what state in the US you are in, you might not be legally allowed to administer some or all of these treatments. PM Michael Bono for information about one of his books that addresses one of these types of treatments.
I’ve never heard of it here in Canada so you might be right about that.
