skin anatomy and laser hair removal

i have already posted a similar question to the electrolysis section. does laser light go that deep into the skin so as to affect the collagen and fat found in the lower part of dermis? because if it does so, then maybe equinox is right about the dramatic aging he experiences. i have read many posts of people who have sagged skin because of laser treatments. i just dont know if energy from hair removal laser goes that deep like other lasers used for skin resurfacing or photo-rejuvenation.

Some lasers can reach collagen and fat layers. To a small extent it can stimulate new collagen grows and smooth out fat layers so the skin looks smoother.
