The quick way of telling:
If something is sold via a place called ‘tvinventions.com’, you can pretty much discount it as being either (a) vastly overpriced, or (b) ineffective.
Note that it says ‘you can trim hair anytime’. It is, basically, a miniature trimmer/shaver. Chances are, for $14.99, that the quality is probably nonexistant, too. In other words… junk.
As Corvaith notes, it’s just a mini-shaver that has no permanent effect on hair growth whatsoever.
