A holistic approach professional recommend a powder made of “Silica” to help with digestion. On the bottle it says that one of the additional benefits is “longer & shinier hair”
Does anyone here know if Silica can cause unwanted hair growth? I am especially concerned because i am having major electrolysis work done and i don’t want to mess things up.

Silica would not trigger new hair follicle recruitment, it would only tend to make the hair you have healthier.

Is it not like Biotin which can cause unwanted hair growth?
I still didn’t start taking it because i wanna be 100% sure it won’t cause it.
