silhouet-tone st-100? anyone have info on this?

hi there, i’m brand new to the forum. looking forward to learning from you guys. without going into details, there are several reasons i have decided to do my own electrolysis needs here at home. So, I want a machine for basic body work. not looking to do face or anything. very thick dark hairs. just wanting a good simple machine to use for blend. I’m guessing 80% galvanic and 20% therm?? not sure yet, i have a book coming soon. i will study constantly.
anyway. was bidding on a ST seq.328 on ebay but lost, looked easy to use. but, i found an st-100 for $720 U.S. ($900can.) very clean and comes with absolutely everything including manuals. says used only 6 months. stated price paid altogether was $3000 can. i assume this should be perfect for my needs. Is $720US a fair price for this machine? I cant find any info on these?? --thnx for any help

I would not imagine that you could get that machine for much less than that.

There should be several?/many? UltraBlend ClareBlend epilators for sale around $600. Contact Texas Electrolysis Supply and see what used equipment they have. The analog ClareBlend should fit your needs very well and it is a great little machine.

for some reason analog machines scare me, it may have something to do with my newbness. anyway, T.E.S. gave me a few prices. one price they gave me was like $1100 US for a used ST-100. So, I went ahead and bought the one off kijij for 720US. even comes with a video. i’ve heard many good things about silhouet-tone so i hope i’ll be happy with my decision.
-thnx guys!

The Silhouet-Tone VMC model is the best of the line, but not something for a DIY’er.
