I had originally ordered a uniprobe holder and some uniprobe needles. but when I learned here maybe they weren’t the best choice for me, I was able to get my order changed to a standard holder, even after I was notified my original product was about to ship (they make them to order apparently). He changed my order and it still shipped the next day (saturday) and today, 2 days later, it arrived via usps first class mail to ohio. Kudos to that service.
